Vanderbilt University has appointed Tucker Biddlecombe, professor of music in Blair School of Music and associate dean of undergraduate education, as senior associate provost for residential colleges and residential education and dean of The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons, effective July 1. Biddlecombe will succeed Melissa Gresalfi, who has served since 2019 as dean of residential colleges and residential education and dean of The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons.Read More

Vanderbilt track and field senior Marta Sivina won the heptathlon at the SEC Outdoor Championships over the weekend, improving her personal best to 5,935 points. Her performance ranks second-highest in the East Region and the fifth-best score in NCAA Division I. At the SEC Championships, she also notched personal bests in both the 200-meter and 800-meter races. This week, she was named to the All-SEC first team. Anchor Down! ⚓
