Vanderbilt hosted a group of military veterans and their spouses for a career networking event that took place on campus April 1. Chancellor Daniel Diermeier spoke to attendees of the event and Dr. André Churchwell, vice chancellor for equity, diversity and inclusion, and Eric Kopstain, vice chancellor for administration, also attended.

Nominations are now open for Vanderbilt’s top faculty awards, which recognize outstanding achievements in research and service to the university and demonstrate Vanderbilt’s appreciation for and commitment to excellence. All faculty are eligible to submit nominations for the four awards to be presented at the 2022 Fall Faculty Assembly.

Boring, soil testing to occur on campus starting April 11
 
As part of a multi-year Central Utility Infrastructure project, TTL Inc., a geotechnical company, under the direction of the Campus Planning and Construction office, will be conducting exploratory soil testing and boring on campus for approximately four days starting Monday, April 11.
