Vanderbilt University’s 2019 Turkey Toss is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The event for university employees will be held in a new location this year: the E. Bronson Ingram College Dining Hall.

Submit biweekly time cards, report holiday time in advance of Winter Break
 
Biweekly employees and student workers are strongly encouraged to submit their time cards, and their managers are encouraged to approve those time cards, as soon as work is completed on Friday, Dec. 20, unless the employee will be working over the weekend or during the Winter Break.

Make note of changes to W-4 form in 2020
 
The 2020 Form W-4, “Employee’s Withholding Certificate,” is very different from previous versions due to the federal tax law changes that took place in 2018. Certain employees will be required to use the new form: those hired in 2020, and anyone who makes withholding changes during 2020.
