Road closures, blast perimeter for Carmichael Tower 3 implosion tomorrow
 
Ahead of the implosion of Carmichael Tower 3 this Saturday at 9 a.m., West End Avenue from 23rd Avenue to 25th Avenue will close beginning at 8 a.m., and a blast perimeter will be established around the implosion site to keep members of the community at a safe distance.
