    Board of Trust Chairman Bruce R. Evans and John Geer, dean of the College of Arts and Science and chair of the Chancellor Search Advisory Committee, will host a Vanderbilt community update on Wednesday, June 5, in Featheringill Hall to gather input and share information about the priorities and process guiding the search for Vanderbilt’s next leader. 2.   Vanderbilt to host NCAA Regional following SEC Tournament championship win
    The Commodores have been tabbed the No. 2 overall seed in the NCAA Division I Tournament and will welcome Indiana State, McNeese and Ohio State to Hawkins Field for the NCAA Nashville Regional beginning Friday. Vanderbilt leads the nation with 49 victories and captured the SEC regular season championship and SEC Tournament title. 3.   Baseball’s Bleday named Golden Spikes finalist
    Vanderbilt right fielder J.J. Bleday has been named one of four finalists for the 42nd Golden Spikes Award presented in partnership with the Rod Dedeaux Foundation, USA Baseball announced on Wednesday.     An assessment team from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. will visit campus to examine all aspects of Vanderbilt University Public Safety’s policies and procedures, management, operations and support services.
