As the people of the Philippines continue the long process of recovery from the devastation wrought by Typhoon Haiyan, the Vanderbilt community is reaching out to those who may have been affected.
Health Plus is relocating to the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, and faculty and staff will have the opportunity to try the new facilities during an open house period Dec. 22-Jan. 5.
An actor on screen, stage and television for more than 25 years, Danny Glover has also become known for his community activism and philanthropic work. He will headline Vanderbilt University’s MLK Day celebration Jan. 20.
