Sept. 11 remembrance begins at noon today

At noon on Monday, Sept. 11, four chimes will sound from the bell tower of Kirkland Hall symbolizing the four crash sites and solemnizing both the tragedy and the extraordinary heroism that define Sept. 11, 2001, as a day of both loss and unity.

“The Resilient Souls Project,” a photo exhibition of portraits and writing celebrating women’s perseverance through life’s challenges, will be on display in the Kissam Center from Sept. 11 through Oct. 6.
