Vanderbilt University Police Department has designated an “Exchange Area” or “Safe Deal Zone” to provide a safe environment for Vanderbilt students, faculty and staff to trade legal new or used items bought or sold online through various apps.


 
 

Crisis management panel talks campus safety at USAC meeting

VUPD Assistant Chief Rick Burr and a panel of Vanderbilt administrators trained in crisis management addressed the University Staff Advisory Council at its November meeting to discuss protests, demonstrations and other types of events that may lead to unrest on campus.
