Opening remarks by Provost Richard McCarty will begin at 4 p.m. Nancy Lea Hyer, associate professor at the Owen Graduate School of Management and this year’s winner of the Executive M.B.A. Award for Teaching Excellence, will follow by sharing her reflections on teaching. The program will conclude with Chris Paris, a doctoral candidate in the graduate Department of Religion and a 2009 teaching certificate graduate, providing an overview of his finishing project and with the awarding of the teaching certificates. A reception will follow.
